Returns
You have 7 (Seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. ( Note applicable only on returnable products only.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your Item need to have all the accessories and other additional catlogue and broscher and any other good included in the original carton.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of working days, depending on your card issuer\"s policies.
You can request for a free return for the returnable products during the allotted time given by us depending upon the category of the product.
However returns can only be placed if the products are in unused condition along with all its accessories and original carton packing as it was received by you. Also the return request should be placed during the allotted time given by us. Return or exchange request placed outside the window time will be auto rejected / declined by us.
We would like to request you to keep the original packaging materials safe with you till the return or exchange window expires for smoother and safer delivery of the products to us for undamaged and haselfree returns & exchanges. We may also ask for some photographic evidence of the product in some exceptional cases if required.
